Choose the Weight Loss Program That’s Right for You.
Whether you are more comfortable in a group setting or need one-on-one attention, the Mercy HealthPlex has a program for you.  Each 8 week program encourages you to move more while adopting healthy habits. You’ll lose the weight and learn how to keep it off.
 
 
        

 
 
New Year, New You!
Join us for weekly meetings facilitated by fitness professionals with content supervised by a licensed dietitian.  Education, accountability and peer support give you the help you need on your weight loss journey.  Each week includes an optional weigh-in, an educational segment introducing a new food strategy/topic, peer sharing and exercise goal setting and guidance.  The program also includes an initial consultation with a dietitian to ensure you begin on the right path.
 
Weekly meetings:
   Wednesday at 9:30am with Julie
   Thursdays at 5:30pm with Laurie
   Saturdays at 8:30am with Stef W.
 
Cost for 8-Week Session:  $99 Members Only
(Includes initial Nutrition Consultation)

Pedal Your Way to Weight Loss
This is not a diet - it's a lifestyle you can live with!  Whether you are new to Spinning or a longtime fan, you'll experience a new approach to getting fit and losing weight.  Once a week, you'll meet the group for an energizing, calorie-burning 45-minute Spinning class followed by a 45-minute group support meeting.  Includes weekly weigh-ins and motivational tips.  You will learn to develop a lifestyle that incorporates motivation, sound nutrition and healthy habits.
 
March 6 - April 27; Cost is $120 for Members, $156 for NonMembers

Camp Weight Loss
Find your motivation and lose the weight in this group fitness class designed for those who need to lose 20 pounds or more.
 
Weightless in Water
Saturdays at 1:30pm with Karen
Water exercise is a great way to burn calories while going easy on your joints. This low impact group class will help you increase your range of motion and strengthen your core. No swimming required.

Group Training
Challenge yourself and challenge each other. Get more personalized attention in a social setting with this small group training class. The trainer uses the strength of the group to optimize your individual weight loss success. Start your own group or let us match you with an existing group. (* Prices vary depending on level of trainer.)

Sit and Be Fit
This beginner exercise class helps you get moving and burning calories.  Class is limited to 8 participants and led by Personal Trainer, Anthony Reed.  Anthony has lost 370 pounds and can help motivate you to reach your goals.  This program is Healthy Weight Solutions approved.
 
New Session Starts January 12
Wednesdays at 12pm or Wednesdays at 6pm

Partner Training
Exercising with a buddy helps you stick to a fi tness program. Bring a friend with similar goals and we’ll design a program that works for you both. If you need a partner, we can fi nd one for you.
 
   Level 1 Trainer – Cost per 8 Week Session:  $216 for Members
   Level 2 Trainer – Cost per 8 Week Session:  $256 for Members
   Level 3 Trainer – Cost per 8 Week Session:  $296 for Members
 
Individual Training
Nothing is more personalized than one-on-one training. With full attention focused on you, your trainer can develop a program specifi c to your needs and weight loss goals.
 
   Level 1 Trainer – Cost per 8 Week Session:  $368 for Members
   Level 2 Trainer – Cost per 8 Week Session:  $448 for Members
   Level 3 Trainer – Cost per 8 Week Session:  $528 for Members

Nutrition Lectures
HealthPlex Registered Dietitians present nutrition lectures on a variety of healthy eating topics.  Check back for upcoming lectures!
Special Event! - Saturday, January 29
Join Brown Dog One Cafe owner and chef, Shaun Richey for a healthy cooking class.  Shaun has lost 95 pounds through proper nutrition and working out at the HealthPlex.
Cost is $20 for Members, $26 for NonMembers

Individual Nutrition Counseling
Meet with a Registered Dietitian to assess your eating habits and create a plan that’s right for you.
 
   Cost per Session:  $80
 
Nutrition Pack Plus
Includes a one hour nutrition consultation with a registered dietitian and two half hour follow ups to ensure that you are heading in the right direction.

   Cost:  $149 for Members
