Change the shape you're in with Pilates Reformer! Pilates Reformer is a total body conditioning workout on the Allegro Reformer. The workout allows you to work in several planes of motion with a full range at each joint. You will work the full length of every muscle while maintaining core control. This will lead to increased core strength, sculpted legs and arms and flat abdominals. It will also improve body awareness and posture and increase flexibility and balance. Small group classes ensure that you get individualized attention on form and alignment.

Pilates Reformer Group Classes

TOTAL BODY REFORMER
This one hour class is a total body workout on the Pilates Reformer. The limited class size of 5 participants guarantees individual attention from your Pilates Instructor. Beginning to advanced students welcome. Modifications will be given according to level and specific needs.

PILATES JUMP!
This 30-minute class will utilize the jump boards on the reformer for an exhilarating workout that uses plyometrics and foot agility. Heart pumping and fun!

Certified Pilates instructors teach all sessions. They are able to guide you to your goals in a private or small group setting. Change the way you feel about your body. Reserve your spot today - register at the Service Desk or call 624-1871!

30-MINUTE CORE

Pilates Reformer is not just for the ladies. Men are also recognizing the outstanding benefits that Pilates delivers. National and international sports teams regularly use Pilates Reformer as part of their training program. Free Demo Classes

You must try this! Pilates Reformer is a revolutionary muscle conditioning program on the Allegro Reformer. The Pilates method will develop long, lean muscles and strong core conditioning.
