Wellness Coach
The Wellness Coach is the go-to person on the fitness floor! The primary responsibility of a wellness coach is to ensure that members are being serviced on the fitness floor throughout their shift. Wellness coaches will make rounds to answer any member questions and/or help with any member concerns. The wellness coach is also responsible for the cleanliness of the fitness floor throughout their shift. Daily cleaning tasks are checked off as completed. One of the largest parts of the wellness coach responsibility is servicing new members with a fitness assessment and equipment orientation. The wellness coach will take the new member through a fitness assessment to discover what that member's needs may be. They will then guide them through the equipment orientation process where the new member is shown how to use any equipment they are interested in.
