1. College Degrees - Associates, Bachelors, Masters, PhD
2. Certifications from third party accredited organizations (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NATA & NSCA)
3. Experience - documented years in the fitness profession providing instruction
4. Skill Set Specializations- ACL Prevention, Sports Performance Training, Weight Management, Youth, Seniors, Prenatal, Bodybuilding, Flexibility, Low Back Pain Solutions, Cardiovascular Training for Fitness & Performance, Corrective Strategies for Forward Head & Shoulder Posture, etc…
